Shipping Policy

We want your Auriva order to reach you smoothly and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on email or WhatsApp.

Standard delivery within India usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
Metro cities are typically faster.

Shipping fees vary based on your region and will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

You can track your shipment using the tracking number sent after dispatch.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, contact us and we’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve it.

If an incorrect address was entered while placing the order, please inform us immediately.
Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

If your order arrives damaged, please share clear photos within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement where applicable.
