We want you to love every Auriva fragrance you own. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of perfumes, we accept returns only on unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Once approved, you can send the product back to us. After we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account after approval.
We do not offer refunds on:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items returned without prior approval
Damaged or Wrong Product
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, reach out to us within 48 hours with photos.
We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
